Tinkerings of a metalsmith

This is my first attempt at a weblog with WordPress.  I already have a blog at http://jelf0.blogspot.com/ but I find the picture, page and file management options are minimal or non-existent.  A couple of weeks experience later, and I find that WordPress has some nice features.  The multiple pages, and subpages, allow me to put pictures in where I want them.  And there are file management options!.  Unfortunately, none of the schemas look as good as my blogspot one.  “Chaos” is the nearest match, but doesn’t have easy navigation back to the home page (the one with posts on!), and the navigation to other pages (which are of major importance to me) is hidden on the bottom amongst a lot of blurb.
