On this page I put links to some of my students work (see the sub-pages in the PAGES navigation bar on the right ⇒). Much of my time is given over to teaching; I taught for 6 years at City of Westminster College, I have taught a summer school in bronze casting at Brunel, I have been teaching occasional classes at PSAD in sculpture from life and silversmithing since Feb 2005, and have been teaching classes in ceramics and metalsmithing at Central YMCA since 1998.

As with most teachers, I find that working with students helps teach me. I only recently (2005) acquired a digital camera, which enabled me to easily take a record (albeit frequently a bad one) of student work, and already I have something like a couple of thousand pictures of student work. Some of this is illustrated on the sub-pages detailed in the PAGES navigation bar on the right ⇒

I became quite involved with film photography as a young man, and regret its passing; but I now find it too labour-intensive for photographing art work on-the-fly, when even my mobile phone takes quite respectable digital pictures. I also regret not having the resources to convert some of my large collection of print images into digital.
